Webhook allows users to configure real-time event notifications by setting up a specific webhook with a title, endpoint URL, and selected event categories. Once selected and saved, the webhook automatically starts listening for the chosen events and can be monitored in the Hosted Endpoints section. Users can also edit, disable, or delete webhooks as needed.
After saving, the webhook will be displayed in the Hosted Endpoints section. Webhook status indicators include:
Enabled: Shows the webhook is active and listening for events.
Status Indicator: Shows the webhook's health and success rate.
The Webhook can be modified by clicking on its three-dot menu:
Edit Webhook: Change title, URL, or event subscriptions.
Disable Webhook: Pause event listening.
Delete Webhook: Remove it permanently.
Click on the Webhook entry. A panel will be displayed showing details about the webhook, including the Title, Endpoint URL, Chosen event, and Success rate.
The Webhook can also be modified from here by clicking on its three-dot menu.
The panel also contains three tabs:
All: Displays both successful and failed webhook events.
Success: Shows a list of successful webhooks along with a time indicator.
Failed: Displays failed webhook events with a time indicator.
Click on a Successful or Failed Webhook event endpoint to view detailed information, divided into Endpoint details and Event data which can be copied.
