Create lesson from Calendar View

Faster Scheduling, Smarter Structure:

Create or edit lessons directly from the centralized course calendar

Instantly reflect updates inside the course content

Supports single events and repeating lectures, all in sync with chapters

Open the Calendar and Select a Course

Navigate to the calendar view

From the sidebar, select a course calendar

Events already assigned to each course appear in different colors

Create a New Single Event

Click directly on the calendar at the desired date and time

Add a lesson title and duration

Choose the target course from the dropdown

Click Save to add the lesson

Open the Course Builder > Content

Navigate to the corresponding chapter based on the event’s date

The newly added lesson will now appear in the chapter list

No need to switch between spaces or open multiple pages

Edit Lesson Details from Calendar

Click on any existing calendar event

Update its start/end time, title, or description

Saved changes reflect instantly in both the calendar and the course content

Start Creating a Repeating Event

In the calendar, click to add a new event

Enable the "Repeat" toggle

Choose the repetition type (e.g., Daily)

Set the end date of repetition (typically the course end date)

Configure Time and Course

Select the start time and duration

Choose the correct course calendar

Click Save to confirm

View Repeated Events on Calendar and Builder

All repeating events are shown daily on the calendar

Open the Course Builder > Content

Each repeated lesson is assigned to the correct chapter based on its date

Fully Synced with Course Chapters

Repeated events are placed inside chapters matching their scheduled date

No manual duplication or editing required

Ensures clean, chronological course flow
