This guide helps users navigate and manage the chat list efficiently. Users can search for chats, groups, and spaces in the search field, which also displays frequent chats for quick access. Navigate to the Chat View#
Option 1: Through the MarketplaceNavigate to the Marketplace. Click the Profile Picture from the left-side panel. Click on the Chat Tab. The Chat Page will appear.Option 2: Using the Message iconClick the Message icon in the top-right corner. The icon displays the number of unread messages. Click on the Chat View button to open the chat. The Chat Page will appear.Option 3: Through the iconClick the profile icon in the top-right corner. Scroll down and select the Message icon. The Chat Page will appear. Search Chats, Groups, and Spaces#
A search field is available at the top to find specific chats, groups, and spaces.
Clicking the search icon opens the chat panel, displaying:List of frequent chats: Allows users to quickly select and send messages.
Search bar: Used to look up specific conversations and rooms.
Show More: Expands the list of previous chats.
Clear History: Removes recent searches.
Access additional options#
Click on the three-dot menu to open a small pop-up with additional options, including:New Room: Creates a one-on-one chat room.
Settings: Customize chat settings, including changing username colors.
