Single Event
Create Event
Access the Calendar Page:Click on the four-dot icon located on the top-right corner, Scroll down and click on the calendar icon. Alternatively, navigate to the Calendar Tab in the navigation bar. Click on the Calendar Grid at the desired date and time to create an event. The Event Creation pop-up will open.
Fill Event Details:Enter the Title in the Title Field. Set the duration: next to the Calendar Icon, you will see Date, Start Time, and End Time. Click on each of them to edit. In the Calendar Icon Section, users will also see a checkbox labeled All Day. If you select it, the times above will immediately change to a date-only format, and the event will be set to last all day. In the Co-host section, click the Add User Icon at the right edge. A right-sided panel will appear listing users; click on each user to select them. Click the Invite Button to invite the users. After the Location Icon, you will see the Set a Place Address field where you can add a location for the event. Add a description (optional) in the Description Field. At the bottom section, click Insert Attachment to upload a file (up to 5 attachments max).
Edit Event
Access the Calendar Page:Click on the four-dot icon located on the top-right corner, Scroll down and click on the calendar icon. Alternatively, navigate to the Calendar Tab in the navigation bar. Click on the Calendar Grid at the desired date and time to create an event. The Event Creation Pop-Up will open.
Edit Event Details:Edit the title in the Title Field. Set the duration: next to the Calendar Icon, you will see Date, Start Time, and End Time. Click on each of them to edit. In the Calendar Icon Section, users will also see a checkbox labeled All Day. If you select it, the times above will immediately change to a date-only format, and the event will be set to last all day. In the Co-host section, click the Add User Icon at the right edge. A right-sided panel will appear listing users; click on each user to select them. Click the Invite Button to invite the users. After the Location Icon, you will see the Set a Place Address field where you can add a location for the event. Add a description (optional) in the Description Field. At the bottom section, click Insert Attachment to upload a file (up to 5 attachments max).
Edit the Course Calendar:Click on the Choose Calendars button inside the Title Field. A Slide In Animation will open a section to search and multi-select Calendars (organized as in the left side panel). Edit the calendar selection and click on Confirm button. Change your Calendar and click Confirm to update the calendar. Click the Save button in the event popup.

Create Event on multiple Calendars

Make sure to have two calendars and click on the three-dot menu next to the second calendar. Select the Edit option from the dropdown menu. A right side panel (popup) will open. At the bottom of the panel make sure to have a role other than Participant role right after your profile picture. Click on the Calendar Grid at the desired date and time to create an event. The Event Creation Pop-Up will open.

In the Calendar Icon Section, users have a Checker with All Day if you select the checkbox, then the times above will immediately change to a Date and the event will have all day duration. In a Reload Icon right after it, you have a default value Doesn't Repeat. Click it and you will see a Drop Down Menu with Doesn't Repeat, Day, Week, Month and Custom this show how you can repeat an event. Click Custom for your preference. If you click the menus other than Doesn't Repeat, you will see Ends on right after this label. You can click it to create a time when the event will stop. Users will see your Co-host section with an Add User Icon to the right edge. Click it A Right Sided Panel will appear with users being listed and click on each of them. Click the Invite Button to invite the users. After Location Icon, you can see "set a place address" where you can add a location where the event will be taking place. Add a Description (optional) in the Description Field. On the bottom section you can see Insert Attachment click it and you can upload a file up to 5 attachments max.
Select Mutliple Course Calendar and Save EventClick on the Choose Calendars Button inside the Title Field. A Slide In Animation will open a section to search and multi-select Calendars (organized as in the left side panel). Select multiple Calendars and click on confirm button, then a Propagation Settings will appear asking which event details to apply for the selected calendars. Select the setting and click on Confirm button to apply changes. Assign a Conference Room by clicking Create Meet Room and it would immediately change to Join Room. Click the Join Room button and it will take you immediately to meeting conference. Click the Save button in the event popup. A new Event will be created inside the Calendar.
