Organizations purchasing courses in bulk, receive licenses that can be distributed to their members. Licenses are initially stored in the Shopping Space, from where they can be assigned to other Spaces. Once assigned, organization members can be invited to the Space and granted access to the course. Licenses can also be revoked and reassigned as needed.Before assigning licenses, the organization must purchase a course. The purchased course will be stored in the Shopping Space, where licenses can be distributed to other Spaces.Pre-requisites are needed:#
Purchase course licenses with the organizational account (Purchase Course). Navigate to the Spaces section from the top navigation bar.
Locate and select the Shopping Space, where purchased courses and their available licenses are stored.
Click on a Course to view its details. The number of Available licenses is displayed on the course card.
Assign Licenses to a Space#
Click the three-dot menu on the course card and select Edit. In the right-side panel, find the Licenses section and click Available Licenses to open the license distribution panel.
Under Distribute Licenses in Space, choose the target space where you want to assign licenses.
Use the + or - buttons to adjust the number of licenses, then click the Apply button to confirm. The selected licenses will be moved to the desired space.
Invite Organization Members to the Space#
Go back to the Spaces tab, select the Space where licenses were assigned, and click the three-dot menu to choose members to grant access and click Invite. Invited members will receive a notification, and once accepted, they will be added to the Space.
In the Space settings, navigate to the Members section and click Add Users. A list of platform users will appear.
Select the members to grant access and click Invite. Invited members will receive a Notification, and once accepted, they will be added to the Space.

Inside the Space, locate the course. Click on the three-dot menu and select Edit.
Select the organization Members who joined the Space. Click on the + Insert button to send the request.

Once members accept the course invitation, they will appear in the course member list and can attend the course without buying it directly, as it is managed through the organization’s profile.
Click on the Assign License button next to their name. The assigned license count will be updated.
Revoke or Reassign Licenses (Optional)#
Admins can Remove a license from a member and reassign it to another member.
This allows flexible management of course access.
