Managing Account Password
This guide explains how to create a secure password and reset it both externally (via email) and internally (through the settings menu). It includes password requirements, step-by-step instructions for creating or resetting a password, and video tutorials to support each process.Requirement to Create Secure Password#
Password (for example: Secure@Pass1)
Confirm the password by entering the exact same password. An error will be displayed if the passwords do not match.
Clicking the 👁️ icon toggles password visibility.
Add a Password - External#
Navigate to the Login popup in the application. Enter the Google email to create the Aladia account. The system will recognize if the account is linked to Google and there is no password associated with the account.
Click the Reset link or Reset Password button in the email. A new browser page will open, prompting users to enter a new password and confirm the new password by re-entering it.
Click the Create Password button to finalize the process.

Add Password to OAuth-Linked Account#
Click the Profile Picture to access the Settings popup. Navigate to the Sign In & Security section.
Click the + Create button. A popup will appear with fields for New Password and Confirm Password.
Add new password to the account and click the Save button to finalize password creation.

Forgot Password - External#
Visit Aladia platform. Click the Join Now button to open the registration popup. If the email is registered, the user will be redirected to the password form link. If the email is not registered, you will be redirected to the registration form.
Forgot Password Link#
Click the Forgot your password? link. Users will be redirected to a confirmation page where they can request a password reset link.
Click the Confirm button to reset the password.
Open your inbox and locate the password reset email from Aladia within the expected timeframe. If not found, check the spam folder.
Click the Reset link or Reset Password button in the email. A new browser page should open, prompting to enter a new password.
Add new password to the account and click the Save button to finalize password creation.
