Instantly generate fully structured courses by defining the number of chapters, lectures, and customized subjects, complete with personalized names and colors for easy organization. For live courses, AI goes even further by helping you plan and organize lessons effortlessly. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, AI makes building high-quality courses fast, simple, and professional.Before using the AI-powered course creation features, users must subscribe to access these advanced tools. During the onboarding process, users are prompted to select a subscription plan that includes AI functionalities. Aladiaโs Subscription Terms ensure that only subscribed users can generate course content, assign AI-generated categories, and utilize automated organization features.Generate Course Content via AI#
Pre-requisites are needed:#
Make sure you have created either a Live or On-Demand course to generate the content (Course Creation). Generate On-Demand Course Content via AI#
Open Course Creation Panel#
Click the Spaces Icon in the left panel. Navigate to the Space where the Course is Created.
Click on the three dots icon and Select the Edit option from the list to open the Course builder. After the course builder opens successfully, click on the Content section.
At the top header of the Course content, users will find the purple Create with AI button. Click on it to open the pop-up and configure AI content creation.
Set Up the Course Details#
Toggle Generate Thumbnail with AI? using the ON or OFF switch to automatically generate a Course Thumbnail.
Toggle Select Categories with AI? using the ON or OFF switch to let AI assign relevant Categories.
Choose the Course Level from the dropdown (default: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced).
Provide a Course Description (max 500 characters).
Set the Number of Chapters: Use the - or + buttons to adjust the Chapters Count.
Set Lectures Per Chapter: Use the - or + buttons to define the number of Lectures per Chapter.
Toggle Generate Lecture Thumbnails Using AI?: Use the ON or OFF switch to automatically generate Thumbnails for Lectures.
Create Subject#
Start adding a new one from the + Add button on the right side of the dropdown, including:Modify Subject Details: Add or edit the Subject title (max 60 characters). Choose a color for the Subject by clicking the color palette icon and selecting a preferred color.
Assign a Teacher: Click the dropdown to select a Teacher. Choose a Teacher from the available list.
Save or Delete: Click the Save button to confirm changes. Alternatively, click Delete button to remove the Subject.
When a Subject is created, The Lectures per Chapter option disappears from the Chapters & Lectures section and moves to the Subject section. The user can set the Lectures per Chapter for each Subject created and is able to configure the Subject settings.Manage Subjects#
Click on the Delete button to remove a Subject, and click the + icon to add another Subject.Generate the Course#
Click on the Generate button at the bottom to finalize Course creation.If all required fields are filled, the Course is successfully generated. If any required fields are missing, an error message will prompt you to complete them.
Managing the Created Course#
Once generated, you can access and edit the course directly within the Space where it was created.Video Guide:#
Generate Live Course Content via AI#
Open Course Creation Panel#

Click on the Generate (bottom-right button) to create the AI-assisted course with the selected settings.
If all required fields are filled, the course is successfully generated. If any required fields are missing, an error message prompts you to complete them.

Course Category Recommendation via AI#
Click the Spaces Icon in the left panel, Navigate to Space the Course is Created.
Click on the three dots icon and Select the Edit option from the list to open the Course builder.
Click on the Categories button and the Categories menu should be opened.
Go inside the Categories menu. The menu should expand, displaying available Categories.
Select Categories#
Click the Browse list to see the list and open the categories sidebar, listing all categories.
Click the View button and The detailed category selection screen will open.
Select one or two categories. The selected categories should be visually highlighted.
Deselect categories using the red X mark button. Clicking the red X mark will remove the selected categories.
Select one or two categories again. The new selections will be highlighted again.
Save Categories#
Click on the Save button. The system will save the selected Categories.
Users should see an auto-suggestion AI pop-up suggesting additional Categories to fill empty selections.
Users can click on Apply suggestion to complete the remaining empty Categories based on AI recommendations.
