This guide outlines the process of tracking payouts within Aladia. It explains how users can check their balance, manage payment methods, and update bank details. Additionally, it demonstrates how users can visualize payout data using charts and tables.Payout#
Access the Payment SectionThere is a Apps icon on the top navigation bar. Click on the Payment option from the list of apps.
Alternatively, you can directly click the Payment tab on the navigation bar.
The Payment page loads. Click on the Payouts tab next to the Sales tab.Main Chart Area
The main chart area for the payout section includes:Total Balance (Stripe account balance from Aladia).Click on the See Detail button to open a balance breakdown modal.
Escrow Balance (total earnings).
Bank Details: Lists available Stripe accounts with the option to delete an account.
Payment Methods: Manage cards with options to add, delete, and set a default card.
Check Your Balance In Detail#
See Detail About Your BalanceClick on the See Detail button on the bottom right of the Your Balance chart.
Click on the See Details button — a modal opens showing:Summary: Displays general transactions from your account.On the Way to Your Bank Upcoming payouts in transit.
Upcoming Payouts: Estimated future payouts to your bank.
Stripe Account Information
Update Stripe Bank Details
Shows Payout Information.Payout Schedule (for example: Manual, Automatic, and Destination).
Edit Your Stripe Bank Account:
Click Edit on your default account.
Enter your full name exactly as it appears on your Stripe account (for example, John Doe).
Enter your SWIFT / BIC Code.
Enter your SWIFT account number.
Click on the Save button to update your details.
