Before creating a course, a user must complete the onboarding process and obtain teacher status (Identity Verification). Create an On-Demand Course#

Access or Create a SpaceClick the Space icon in the sidebar to open the space builder.
Navigate to an existing space (excluding the Shopping Space) or click the + New Space button to create a new course.
Update the Space Title, Color, and Icon if needed, then click on the Save button.

Create a CourseIn List View, the user should locate the space where the course is to be added. Click the âž• icon next to Course in the right action bar to add a new course. The course list or builder will load successfully.
In Grid View, click the Create Course button. The course list or builder will open successfully.

Configure and Complete the CourseThe course creation sidebar opens, displaying different course type options.
Click on the On-Demand option in the course type selector.
The course is now created and appears in the space with the On-Demand tag.

Create a Live Course#

Access or Create a SpaceClick the Space icon in the sidebar to open the space builder.
Navigate to an existing space (excluding the Shopping Space) or click the + New Space button to create a new one.
Update the space title, color, and icon if needed, then click Save.

Create a Live CourseIn List View, click the Course button (with a plus icon) on the main row of the space. The course list or builder opens successfully.
In Grid View, click the Create Course button. The course list or builder opens successfully.

Configure and Save the CourseThe course creation sidebar opens, displaying different course type options.
Click the Live option in the course type selector and set the start date, end date, and duration for the first cycle.
Click on the Create button to save the course. It will appear in the space with the Live tag.

Duplicate a Course#

Access the CourseOpen the Space where the course is located. The course list will load successfully.
On the course card, click the three-dot menu to open the options menu.

Duplicate the CourseSelect the Duplicate option from the menu. A pop-up window will appear, allowing the user to edit the name of the duplicated course.
By default, the title will be copy of Previous Course Name.
Edit the course name if needed, then click on the Apply button to create the duplicate course.

Delete a Course#

Access the CourseOpen the Space where the course is located. The course list will load successfully.
On the course card, click the three-dot menu to open the options menu. Select the Deletion option.

Alternative Way (Using Course Builder)Click on the course card to open the Course Builder.
In the Course Builder, click the three-dots icon to open the options menu. Select Delete Course from the menu.

Confirm and Delete the CourseA confirmation prompt will appear when Delete Course is selected.
Click the Delete Course button to remove it from the space’s course list or builder.
