The comment flow includes creating, editing, deleting, and managing comments. Users can post a first-level comment using the Comment button, including text, images, and Loom videos. They can reply at second and third levels and tag others after the third level. Editing involves modifying text and attachments. Deleting requires selecting the delete option and confirming. Users can also switch contexts to comment under different organizational profiles by using the context switcher, selecting an organization, and posting under that context.Open the Feed page, Locate the post to comment. Click on the Comment button at the bottom of the post.
A pop-up will open, displaying the full post and its comments. Scroll down to view existing comments.
At the bottom of the popup, an input field will always be available for writing a comment.
By default, the post creator is the recipient of the comment.
If the user select Reply on an existing comment, the field will adjust to mention the comment's creator instead.
Comments can be created at three levels:First-level comment: A direct comment on the post.
Second-level reply: A response to a first-level comment.
Third-level reply: A response to a second-level comment.
Replies beyond the third level automatically insert a @mention in the editor to continue the conversation.
Number of replies for each comment.
Support for user reactions.
Reply button for responding to comments.
Clicking on the three-dot menu shows two options. If the user is the post creator, they'll see Edit/Delete. If not, they'll see Chat and Follow options.

Use the Tag Feature Instead of Reply#
Click the Tag button on the last comment you posted.
The text editor inserts a @mention (for example: @ aladiauser123) to notify the user directly.
Close the comment section of the first-level comment.
Ensure the reply count displayed next to the comment matches the number of visible replies.”
Verify that the post’s total comment count has increased accordingly.

Access the Edit OptionHover over the first comment you created earlier (containing text, images, Loom video).
A three-dots (options) button appears in the top-right corner of the comment.
Click the three-dots button and select Edit from the dropdown menu.

Modify the CommentThe comment will load into the editor, including all attachments.
Remove all existing attachments.
Click the plus button in the editor.
Select LOOM from the options.
Record and insert the video.
Modify the text as needed.
Click the Send button to save the edited comment.

Access the Delete OptionHover over the second-level comment you created earlier.
A three-dots menu appears in the top-right corner of the comment. Click the menu and select Delete from the dropdown menu.

Confirm DeletionA confirmation pop-up will appear.
Click the Delete button to proceed. After clicking Delete, the comment is permanently removed.
Any replies nested under the deleted comment are also removed automatically.
The total comment count on the post updates accordingly.

Open the Comment SectionNavigate to the Feed. Locate the post where you want to comment.
Click the Comment button below the post.

Access the Context SwitcherA popup window opens, displaying the full post and comment section.
In the bottom part of the pop-up, find the comment editor.
On the left side of the editor:Your profile picture is visible.
Click the chevron on your profile picture (bottom-right corner) to open the context switcher.
Click on the user profile picture to open the context switcher popup. publishing.

Select an OrganizationIn the context switcher popup, a list of available organizations is displayed.
Select one of the organizations from the list. Click Confirm to apply the change.

Post a Comment Under the Selected ContextAfter a brief loading animation, the profile picture next to the editor updates to show the selected organization's picture.
Enter a text comment in the editor. Click the Send button to post the comment.
The comment is posted using the organization's profile, displaying:The organization’s profile picture instead of your personal one.
The organization’s name as the comment author.
