From the banner, the user can take three actions:Accept All: Accepts the use of all cookies, both necessary and optional.
Only Necessary: Rejects optional cookies and proceeds with only those essential for the site's functionality.
Preferences: Opens the "Cookie Preferences Center," a more detailed modal window for granular consent management.
Subsequent Access to Documentation and Settings#
Footer Links Access
After the first interaction with the banner, the user can review policies and change their preferences at any time via the links in the site's footer.Available Documentation LinksTerms of service: Leads to the page with the general terms and conditions for using the platform.
Privacy policy: Leads to the page describing how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
Cookies: Re-opens the "Cookie Preferences Center," the same modal that appears when clicking "Preferences" on the initial banner.
The Cookie Preferences Center#
Preference Center Overview
The Preference Center is a modal window that allows the user to understand and manage in detail which cookies to accept.Structure and Cookie Categories#
Category Navigation
The center is organized into categories, navigable via a menu on the left. A description of its purpose is provided for each category.Introduction: Explains the purpose of the preference center.
Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the site's operation and always active. They handle basic functions like consent and secure access.
Authentication & Session Cookies: Necessary to manage a user's session after login.
Preference Cookies: Remember choices that change the site's appearance or behavior to enhance the experience.
Analytical Cookies: Help understand how visitors interact with the site by collecting data in an aggregated form.
Third-Party Cookies – Content, Payment, Security: Enable features provided by third parties, such as video content (Loom), payments (Stripe), and security systems (hCaptcha).
Actions and Saving Preferences#
Toggle Controls
Within the preference center, the user can use toggles to enable or disable cookie categories (except for necessary ones).Saving Options
Save choices using the buttons at the bottom of the modal:Accept All: Accepts all cookies.
Only necessary (or Reject All): Saves preferences allowing only essential cookies.
Save Preferences: Saves the user's custom configuration.
Viewing the Detailed Cookie List#
Cookie List Access
For maximum transparency, the user can view a list of every single cookie.By clicking on the links within the descriptions (e.g., "Full Cookie Policy" or "View cookies"), the modal updates to show a "Cookie List".
This list initially presents the categories in a collapsed format.
By clicking on them, the user can expand them to view a detailed table with: Cookie Name, Provider, Main Purpose, and Duration.
