Users can also apply discounts and promotion codes to courses. Access the Billing Section:Navigate to the space and click on the Course Card or row to open the builder.
In the builder, locate and click on the Billing section. A slide-in animation will reveal a new section dedicated to billing settings.

Define the Payment Model:Paid: The course will have a fixed price that customers must pay in a single transaction.
Free: The course will be accessible at no cost.

Add a Coupon (Optional):Adding a coupon is optional, but it can help attract customers by offering discounts on products or services. Coupons can be customized with different discount types.
Click on the + Add button to create a new coupon.
Enter a Coupon Name and configure the settings:Toggle the switch to activate or deactivate the coupon.
Percentage Discount: Enter the percentage value.
Fixed Discount: Enter the fixed discount amount.
(Optional) Enable Apply Discount in Marketplace to make the discount visible in the marketplace.
+ Add Promotion Code: Promotion Codes are linked to existing coupons and allow the creation of unique and customizable codes, such as PROMO10 or WELCOME2025 that customers can manually enter at checkout to receive discounts.
Click on the Create Coupon button to save or Delete to remove a coupon.

Set the Course Price (if applicable):If Paid is selected, define the total price of the course.
Customers will need to pay this amount to access the course.

Live Course Billing Settings#

Define the Payment Model:
Choose a payment model:Paid: Set a fixed price for a single payment or enable a subscription-based model.
Free: The course will be accessible at no cost.
For Subscription-Based Payments:Subscription Fee: Set an upfront fee paid immediately.
Installments: The remaining amount (Total Price - Subscription Fee) will be divided into installments.
Payment Frequency: Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly payments.
Optionally, enable Allow Single Payment Method to let users pay in full upfront.
The system will automatically calculate installment amounts based on course duration and selected frequency.

Add a Coupon and Promotion Code (Optional):Adding a coupon is optional, but it can help attract customers by offering discounts on products or services. Coupons can be customized with different discount types.
Activate Coupon: Toggle the switch to enable coupons.
Coupon Name: Provide a unique name.
Discount Type: Choose Percentage Discount or Fixed Discount.
Expiration Date: Set when the coupon expires.
(Optional) Apply Discount in Marketplace: Make the discount visible in the marketplace.
Promotion Codes are linked to existing coupons and allow customized codes (For example: PROMO10, WELCOME2025) that customers can enter at checkout.
Code Field: Enter the promotion code name.
Expiration Date: Set when the promotion code expires.
Use the copy icon to copy the code or the + icon to create another promotion code.
Click the Create Coupon to save or Delete button to remove a coupon.
Once all payment settings are configured, click on the Save button to apply the changes.
Adding a promotion code disables the Apply Discount in Marketplace option.
