For completing the Identity Verification, users must complete it by submitting personal and bank details and uploading a valid ID. Once verified, they receive a Verified badge. After verification, users must accept Aladia's terms regarding storage, usage limits, and AI tools. A payment method is required if usage exceeds the free tier.Identity Verification#
Access the Identity Verification page#
There are two ways to access Identity Verification section.Option 1: From the Top-Right CornerClick the Profile Picture at the top right corner.
Navigate to the Business section and click on Become A Teacher. Identity Verification pop-up will appear.
Click the Profile Picture from the left-side bar. The profile page will be displayed.
Click the Edit icon on the profile picture. The settings pop up will be displayed.

Identity Verification#
Click the Country or Region section and choose the country.
Click on Verify Identity. Users will see the Verify Personal Details section.
Add users legal first and last names, as well as date of birth.
Click on the Upload Document button and upload a document (passport, driver’s license, national ID, or any government-issued ID) that clearly shows users face.
Add the currency, country of the bank account, account holder name that matches the bank account name (using English characters) and IBAN.
Review personal details and payout details before submission.
Users can manage bank accounts by adding, editing, or removing them as needed.
Click on the Add Bank Account button to add a new one, or use the three-dot menu to edit or remove existing accounts.
Read Privacy and Terms and click on the Agree and Submit button to confirm that the details are correct and accept the Recipient Agreement.
Stripe will review the information and documents provided.
The process typically takes a few minutes to a few days, depending on the complexity of your case.
Users will receive a badge on your profile page confirming that they are a VERIFIED user of Aladia.
Aladia's Subscription Terms#
After users profile is verified, go to the Become a Teacher section in the Settings popup and accept the terms of Aladia, which include:Storage: Allocation for storing course materials.
Minutes: Usage for course content delivery or recordings.
AI Usage: Access to AI tools integrated into the platform.
Review the Free Tier Benefits and Pay-As-You-Go pricing to understand usage limits and costs.
Add a payment method after exceeding the free tier to prevent service disruption.
