Access the Course Builder:Navigate to the space containing the course.
Click on the course card or row to open the builder. This will open a panel on the right side of the screen.

Edit the Course Details:Info Section: Click on the first section (thumbnail and title) to open the info section.
Name: Provide a descriptive title (For example: Data Science).
Thumbnail: Upload or Select an image (required for publishing).
Video Trailer: Add a short promotional video.
Language: Specify the primary language (For example: English).
Visibility Type: Choose Public (listed in marketplace) or Private
Provide a Description: Write an engaging course summary. (invitation-only).

Add Course Contents:Add Chapters and Lectures:: Create new chapters to group related topics, and within each chapter, add individual lectures (e.g., video lessons, reading materials, or quizzes). Click on the Add Chapter or Add Lecture buttons to begin.
Update Existing Content: Modify the title, description, or content of any existing chapter or lecture. Simply select the item you wish to edit, make the necessary changes, and click Save to update.
Delete Unwanted Contents: Remove any chapter or lecture that is no longer needed by clicking the Delete icon next to the item. You will be asked to confirm before permanent deletion.

Live Course Info#

Access the Course Builder:Navigate to the space containing the course.

Edit the Course Information:
Open the Info Section: Click the first section displaying the thumbnail and title.
Update Course Details:Name: Provide a clear, descriptive title (For example: Data Science).
Thumbnail: Upload or Select an image that represents the course.
Video Trailer: Add a short promotional video.
Cycles: Set start dates for Live Course Cycles.
Language: Choose the primary language (For example: English).
Public: Listed in the marketplace, accessible to all.
Private: Only accessible via invitation.

Add Skills and Save Changes:Skills: List up to five skills the course covers (For example: Python, AI Development).
Description: Write a compelling summary of course content, objectives, and audience.
Click on the Save button to apply changes.
Cycle Management Guidelines:End Date Updates: The end date can only be updated for the source cycle (the main cycle created when a live course is initiated), and only while the course is in draft status. Once the course is published, the source cycle can no longer be updated.
Start Date Updates: For non-source cycles (any cycle other than the source), only the start date can be updated, and only when the cycle is in draft status.
Source Cycle Deletion: The source cycle cannot be deleted under any circumstances.
Other Cycle Deletion: Non-source cycles can be deleted only while in draft status, meaning either before the course is published or if the cycles were created after publication (review).
