This guide helps users through adding and deleting social links in their organization profile settings. It ensures that users can easily manage their social media presence by linking or removing accounts from their profile. The steps include accessing the Settings Panel, navigating to the Social Links section, and either adding or deleting a social link using a simple interface.Adding Social Links#
Navigate to the Social Links Section#
Click on the Organization Profile Picture in the left sidebar to navigate to the Profile Page. On the Profile Page, click the Edit icon which is below the profile picture. The Settings pop-up will appear.
In the Settings pop-up, navigate to the Social Links section.
Add a New Social Link#
Click on the + button to add a new social link. In the pop-up window that appears:Select the desired social media app from the dropdown menu or list.
Add the Social Profile Link or Username. Click Save to confirm the addition.
Delete Social Links#
Access the Settings Panel#
Click on the Organization Profile Picture in the left sidebar to navigate to the Profile Page. On the Profile Page, click the Edit icon which is below the profile picture. The Settings pop-up will appear.
In the Settings pop-up, navigate to the Social Links section.
Delete the Social Link#
Scroll through the Settings Panel. Locate and open the Social Links section where all added links are listed.
Identify the Social Link to delete from the list. Click on the Edit button next to the specific social link.
In the pop-up window, click the Delete button to remove the selected social link.
