This guide walks users through comparing schedules by selecting other users and identifying common events, private events, and free time slots. Users can access the Calendar Search Bar, navigate to the User section, and select individuals to compare schedules. Overlapping events appear in bold, private events are marked and can be toggled for visibility, and free time slots are highlighted with a yellow broken frame. Users can create events directly from available slots. The comparison can be viewed in different formats, including Day, Week, and Month views, for better schedule alignment and planning.Accessing the Calendar Search and Selecting Users#
Click on the four-dot icon located in the top-right corner. Scroll down and click the calendar icon. Alternatively, Navigate to the Calendar tab in the navigation bar.
Navigate to the bottom of the calendar page and click the Calendar Search Bar. A Calendar Search Side Bar will open. It has four sections: All, User, Event, and Calendar.
Navigate to the User section by clicking Users, then select a user.
Calendar Grid Schedule Compare Mode#
Displayed in Bold to indicate overlapping events.
Events that the user and selected users have in common are displayed in Bold.
Marked as Private and shown in a transparent color.
Personal events of selected users are marked as Private and displayed in a grey color.
Highlighted with a Yellow Broken Frame.
Time slots where the user and selected users have no events are highlighted with a Yellow Broken Frame.
Event Creation#
From Free Time Slots: Click on a Free Time Slot to open the Event Creation pop-up and create an event.
After Event Creation: The newly created event will be displayed on the calendar grid, occupying the free block section.
Navigation Across Views#
Right below the navigation bar, users can see Day View, Week View, and Month View.Click the Day View label to compare schedules for a single day.
Click the Week View label to compare schedules for a week.
Click the Month View label to compare schedules for a month.
