Organization Creation and Management

This guide helps users create and manage organizations on the platform. Users can create an organization with or without a suggested account, fill in details, upload branding, complete business verification via Stripe, and subscribe to the platform. Once verified, the organization becomes active. Users can also delete an organization by confirming the name, ensuring it is removed from the platform and inaccessible to others. The process includes verification checks, visibility updates, and validation by other accounts.

Create an Organization

Navigate to the Organization Creation pop-up

Navigate to the left sidebar and click on the + button. A pop-up appears, allowing users to begin the organization creation process.

Fill in Organization Details

Add Organization Name by selecting a suggested organization or entering a new name.

Enter the Website URL by selecting a suggested organization URL or entering a valid URL.

Add the Country by selecting the organization's country from the dropdown menu.

Upload a Profile Picture or leave it auto-filled for suggested organizations.

Add a Cover Image to customize and enhance the organization's profile.

NOTE

For custom organization names (not retrieved via Brandfetch), the website URL must be entered manually as no suggestions are provided.

Verify the Business with Stripe
Click on the Verify Business Identity button to start the Stripe onboarding process. Complete the following steps:

Select the Type of Business your organization provides from the radio button and click Continue.

Provide business details such as Legal business name, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Business name and Business address.

Add and confirm banking details for payouts.

Verify the representative’s identity with government-issued documents.

Review and click on the Agree and Submit button to send all required information.

Once completed, the user will see a Verified badge on the Organization's profile.

Subscribe to the Aladia Platform
Accept the subscription terms for the Aladia service. The system updates the organization status.

Delete an Organization

Navigate to the organization’s profile page. Click the Edit icon on the profile picture. The Settings pop up will be displayed. Scroll to the bottom of the settings panel.

Find the Delete Organization section. Initiate the deletion Process.

Click on the Delete Organization button. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Enter the exact Organization Name in the provided field.

Click on Delete Organization to finalize the deletion.

⚠️ Important:

CAUTION

An Organization cannot be deleted if it has any published courses associated with it. Please unpublish or remove those courses before proceeding.
