This guide walks users through inviting, managing, and removing members in a calendar. Users can invite members by searching for them and assigning roles such as Organizer, Scheduler, or Participant. Invitations can also be sent via a generated link with predefined roles. Assigned roles can be changed later using a role selector. To remove a member, users can access the members section, select a user, and remove them via the options menu. These actions ensure seamless collaboration and access control within the calendar.Invite Members#
Click on the four-dot icon located in the top-right corner, scroll down and click on the calendar icon.
Alternatively, navigate to the Calendar Tab in the navigation bar. A personal Calendar with your username will be automatically created and visible.
Click on the three-dot menu next to the calendar you want to edit. Select "Edit" from the dropdown menu. A side panel will open on the right. Click the button with the Add User icon in the Members section.
In the Search User field, search for users to invite to the platform. For each selected user, use the dropdown to assign a role: Organizer, Scheduler, Participant.
After selecting users and roles, click the Invite button to send invitations. Return to the builder to see the list of invited users along with their invitation status.
Invite Members Via Link#
Scroll down to the Members section at the bottom of the builder.
Click the button with the Add User icon in the Members section. In the popup, click the Invite Via Link button in the header.
In the new popup, select the Role the user will have after accepting the invitation via the link (for example, Organizer, Scheduler, Participant).
Copy the generated invitation link by clicking Copy Link and share the copied link with anyone you want to invite to the calendar.
Change Role#
Scroll down to the Members section at the bottom of the builder. Find the user whose role you want to change in the list of members.
Use the Role Selector next to the user's name to select a new role (for example, Organizer, Scheduler, Participant).
Remove Users#
Scroll down to the Members section at the bottom of the builder.
Find the user you want to remove from the list of members.
Click the three-dot menu next to the user's name. Select Remove from the options to remove the user from the calendar.
