The Collaborators section highlights individuals who have added work experience with a verified organization on Aladia. Once a user associates their work experience with an organization, their profile automatically appears under the Collaborators Tab. This feature enables organizations to showcase their team members, past contributors, and active professionals. Users can browse collaborators in Grid View or List View, explore their current and past roles, and interact by following, sending messages, or viewing mutual connections. This fosters networking and collaboration within the platform.Pre-requisites are needed:#
Becoming a Collaborator#
Add Work Experience using a verified organization on Aladia.
Once work experience is added, the user's profile will automatically appear under the Collaborators tab of that organization’s profile.
Accessing Collaborators from an Organization Profile#
Click on the organization profile associated with the work experience.
Navigate to the Profile tab. Select the Collaborators tab to view the list of collaborators.
Grid View : Displays personal profiles as cards, showing key details like name, role, and profile picture for quick identification.
List View : Presents personal profiles in a linear format, highlighting essential details for easy browsing and management.
Specific Collaborator Profile#
Clicking on a specific collaborator will open a pop-up with:Ongoing Work Experience : Highlights current projects and active roles.
Completed Work Experience : Lists previously completed projects and past roles.
Follow : Allow users to follow specific Collaborator
Message : Navigates to the chat page with the specific Collaborator.
