This guide allows users to appear under an organization’s Alumni Tab after adding an educational experience or earning a certificate from that organization. Once listed, alumni profiles can be accessed from the organization's profile, where they are displayed in Grid View or List View for easy browsing. Users can view alumni details, including ongoing and completed educational experiences, earned certificates, and mutual connections. Additionally, they can follow alumni, send messages, and visit their full profiles for networking and collaboration.Pre-requisites are needed:#
Becoming an Alumni#
Add an Educational Experience using a verified organization on Aladia.
Alternatively, complete a course published by an instructor or organization and earn a certificate.
Once an Educational Experience is added or a certificate is obtained, the user's profile will automatically appear under the Alumni tab of that organization’s profile.

Accessing Alumni from an Organization Profile#
Click on the instructor or organization profile associated with the educational experience.
Select the Alumni tab to view the list of alumni.
Grid View: Displays personal profiles as cards, showing key details such as name, role, and profile picture for quick identification.
List View: Presents personal profiles in a linear format, highlighting essential details for easy browsing and management.
Specific Alumni Profile#
Clicking on a specific alumnus will open a pop-up with:Ongoing Education Experience : Highlights current education and active roles.
Completed Education Experience : Lists previously completed education and past roles.
Certificates Experience : Lists the certificates obtained from the platform.
Follow : Allow users to follow specific Alumni.
Message : Navigates to the chat page with the specific Alumni.
