This guide helps users through the process of adding an About section to thier organization on the Aladia platform. Users can access the Profile Page by clicking the Organization Profile Picture in the sidebar or header. In the Settings Popup, they can navigate to the About section and use a text editor to enter up to 2,000 characters describing their organization. Formatting tools such as bold, italic, bullet points, and emojis help enhance the content. If needed, users can click Clear All to remove all content.
Click on the Organization Profile Picture in the sidebar to navigate to the Profile Page. On the Profile Page, click the Edit icon. The Settings pop-up will appear.
In the Settings pop-up, navigate to the About section. A text editor will be available for users to enter or paste content about their organization.
Users can write up to 2,000 characters to describe the organization. The editor will provide a warning or visual indication if they exceed the character limit.
Use available formatting tools such as bold, italic, underline, bullet points, numbered lists, and emojis to enhance the content.
Once users have completed the About section, click the Save button to confirm their updates. The changes will be applied immediately.
