This guide enables users to access, view, and manage reviews and ratings. It provides an overview of ratings, allows switching between different display formats, and includes filtering options to refine results. Users can also browse reviews on other profiles for better insights.Review#
Access Review Section#
Navigate to the Profile Page by clicking on the profile picture in the left sidebar.
Locate and click on the Reviews tab in the navigation bar.
Review Tab#
The Reviews tab displays the following information for each review:Review: Displays the text of the review.
Course: Shows the course associated with the review.
Status: Indicates whether the review has been answered (for example: Not answered).
Rating: Displays the star rating given by the reviewer.
Owner: Shows the profile picture and name of the person who left the review.
Date: Displays the date when the review was posted.
Reviews and Ratings Chart#
On the right side of the page, a Reviews and Ratings Chart is available, showing:A breakdown of star ratings (for example: 5-star, 4-star) with percentage distributions.
The overall rating score (for example: 4.57).
The total number of reviews (for example: 53).
View and Interact with Reviews#
Scroll through the review list under the Posted or Bought Courses dropdown. Click on an individual review to view it in detail.
Clicking a review opens a Detailed Review Post that includes:The reviewer's name and profile picture.
The course name associated with the review.
The star rating and review date.
The total number of reviews given by the reviewer.
The review text with interactive options.
User Interaction Options#
Users can interact with reviews using the following features:Like: Click to like the review.
Comments: Add or view comments.
Reply: Directly respond to the review.
Share: Share the review with others.
Switch Between List and Grid Views#
At the top right corner, there are two icons to toggle between different review layouts:Click on the Detailed View icon to display reviews in an expanded format with all available details.
Click the List View icon to display reviews in a streamlined format with only essential details. Click on a review to see more information.
Filter Reviews and Ratings#
Use the dropdown menu to switch between Posted and Received reviews.
Click on the Filters button in the top-right corner.
Filter Results#
Date Range Filter: Select a specific date range using the date picker to display reviews published within the chosen period.
Rating Filter: Choose a specific star rating (for example: 3 stars) to view only reviews with the selected rating.
Course Mode Filter: Toggle between On-demand and Live course reviews to display relevant results.
Course Search: Enter a course name in the search bar to find reviews related to that course.
Course Type Filter: Select Posted or Bought courses to filter reviews accordingly.
Combining Filters: Apply multiple filters, such as date, rating, and course mode, to refine search results.
Removing Filters: Click on the X icon next to any filter chip to remove it and update the results.
Clearing All Filters: Reset all filters to restore the full list of reviews.
