This guide outlines the process for posting, editing, deleting, and managing answers within the comment section. Users can create first- or second-level answers, with the ability to add attachments and GIFs. The tagging feature allows for direct mentions of users in replies. Editing answers is possible by selecting the edit option, while deletion requires confirmation. Additionally, users can switch contexts between different organizations when posting answers, with their profile picture updated accordingly.Create Answer#

Access the Answer Section
Open the Feed. Locate the post you want to comment on. Click the Try to solve button at the bottom of the post. 2
Navigate to the Answer SectionA pop-up will open, displaying the full post and its comments. Scroll down to view existing answers.
At the bottom of the popup, an input field will always be available for writing an answer. By default, the post creator is the recipient of the answer.
If you select Reply on an existing answer, the field will adjust to mention the answer's creator instead.

Comment Structure & DepthAnswers can be created at three levels:First-level answer: A direct answer on the post.
Second-level reply: A response to a first-level answer.
At the deepest level, replying to a user will automatically insert a mention tag in the editor to notify them.
Post a First-Level Answer
Write an answer to the question. In the comment editor, click the + button to add attachments (for example, images, videos, Loom video). Click the Send button to post the answer.Post a Second-Level ReplyClick Reply under the message you want to reply to. Click the emoji button, then select a GIF from the GIF tab.
Select a GIF and insert it into the answer. Click Send to post your reply.
Use the Tag Feature Instead of ReplyClick the Tag button on the last answer you posted.
The text editor automatically inserts @username (mentioning the user). Add some text and click Send.

Edit Answer#

Access the Edit OptionHover over the first answer you created earlier. A three-dots (options) button will appear in the top-right corner of the answer.
Click the three-dots button and select Edit from the dropdown menu.

Modify the AnswerThe answer will be loaded into the editor, including all attachments (images, videos, and text).
Modify the answer as needed. Click the Send button to save the edited answer.

Delete Answer#
Hover over the first-level answer you created earlier.
A three-dots (options) button will appear in the top-right corner of the answer. Click the three-dots button and select Delete from the dropdown menu.
A confirmation popup will appear, asking you to confirm the deletion. Click the Confirm button to proceed.

Context Switch Answer Flow#

Access the Context Switcher#
Navigate to the Feed. Locate the post where you want to answer. Click the Comment button below the post.
A pop-up window will open, displaying the full post and the answer section. In the bottom part of the popup, find the answer editor.
On the left side of the editor: Your profile picture is visible. A chevron button is embedded in the bottom-right corner of your profile picture.
Click on your profile picture to open the context switcher popup.

Select an Organization#
In the context switcher popup, a list of available organizations you created is displayed.
Select one of the organizations from the list. Click Confirm to apply the change.

Post an Answer Under the Selected Context#
After a brief loading animation, the profile picture next to the editor updates to show the selected organization’s picture.
Enter a text answer in the editor. Click the Send button to post the answer.
