This guide helps users through the process of buying a course and accessing the chat room. To purchase a course, navigate to the Marketplace to browse categories or use the Search bar to find specific courses, apply filters, and view course details. Clicking on a course in the Marketplace results will redirect users to the Fruition Page, and complete the payment. To access the chat room, click the message icon or navigate to the Chat Tab, find the Shopping Space, select a purchased course room, and join discussions.Buy a Course#
Purchase a Course through Marketplace#

Navigate to Aladia platform. Click on the search bar in the main header. Select one of the tabs and search.Displays a mix of courses, profiles, and posts before and after searching (limited results).
Click on a Course Thumbnail to buy the course. Users will be redirected to the Fruition Page. Click Buy Now to purchase.
Shows a list of categories and subcategories before searching.
Displays relevant courses with details such as (Title, Instructor, Rating, Duration, Number of Lectures).
Clicking on a course opens the Fruition Page, which displays course details and related courses.
Click on the search bar in the main header. Type the name of the course, and the course results will be displayed under the All Tab (maximum of two results).
Click on the Courses tab to view course-specific results (maximum of five results).
Under Courses Tab, click on Show All Search Results to view a full page of course results.
Click on the Filter tab to filter courses by:Type of Course (Live or On-Demand)
Applying filters will update the search results.
Clicking on a course in the search results will redirect the users to the Fruition Page. Click on the Buy Now button to purchase.
A payment pop-up will open; fill in the payment details and complete the purchase.
Accessing Chat Room#
Accessing through Chat Panel#
Click on the Message icon in the top right corner, which displays the number of unread messages. The Chat Panel displays the following features:A search bar to find chats, groups, and spaces, with Show More and Clear History options.
A Chat View button to access the full chat interface.
A list of frequent chats, allowing users to quickly select and send messages.
A Shopping Space section that displays a list of purchased course rooms.
From the listed options, click on the Shopping Space to view purchased course rooms.
Select a course room to open the chat panel, where users can view and write discussions about the course.
Accessing through Chat Tab#
Navigate to the Chat tab to open the chat view in full-screen mode.
Alternatively, click on the Chat icon, then click Go to Chat View to switch to full-screen mode. On the left section of the chat page, users will find a list of chats.
Click on the Shopping Space to view purchased course rooms.
Select one of the course rooms to be redirected to the chat panel, where users can see and participate in discussions about the course.
