Every meter is at 0: is that normal? Yes, if this period the workspace did not use ARIA, send invitations, run lives or upload files. Each meter goes up only with real usage, and storage updates once a day.

I uploaded a video but Storage did not go up. Storage is measured once a day, at night: you will see it tomorrow morning.

I ran a live but the minutes did not go up. Minutes arrive when the room closes, a few seconds after the last person leaves.

Why don't I see video bandwidth? It is not measured yet. The row will appear when it is; until then nothing is stopped for bandwidth.

Does a system email (code, password, invoice) count? No. Only emails sent on behalf of the workspace count, like invitations.

What happens when an action stops? A dialog shows the meter, how much you used and when it restarts, with the buttons to unblock: see Thresholds and blocks.

I reach the limit during a live lecture: does it stop? No. A running live is never interrupted and joining a live that is already open always works. Only starting new lives stops.

Does the AI credits limit also block emails? No. Each meter has its own limit.

Who gets the 80% and 100% emails? The workspace Owner, the Admins and the Billing role, once per period and meter.

How much can I spend beyond the plan? At most the cap you choose, from €1 to €10,000 a month, for all meters together. At the cap usage stops.

Do packs renew by themselves? Yes, with the plan, until you decrease them. The quota already paid stays until the end of the period.

Does usage in the academy weigh on my personal workspace? No. Academy and personal have separate meters.
