Calendars: free/busy and other people's events
Who can see when you are busy, what they see of your events and which calendars appear in search.

To organise a lesson or a meeting the calendar shows when people are free or busy and suggests the times when all of them are free. This information is not public.
Who sees when you are busy
Your availability is seen by:
- anyone on the staff of one of your academies (Owner, Admin, Member). Students of the academy do not see each other through the academy;
- anyone who shares a calendar with you: a course's, a space's, the academy's, or a calendar shared by hand.
Anyone else gets a 403 error: You can only see the availability of people who share an academy or a calendar with you. This applies both to free/busy and to the search for free slots.
What people see of your events
Whoever can see your availability sees only the time range of your events. The title appears only for the events they take part in too; for the others Not Available replaces the title. Description, participants and location never appear.
Calendar search
Search shows only the calendars you are an active member of, plus those of the active context when:
- you are in your personal context (your calendars), or
- you are the Owner or an Admin of the active academy (the academy's calendars).
The calendars of an academy you do not belong to do not appear.
Calendars of the academy, by role
Inside an academy the list of calendars follows the role:

Event search works the same way: it reads only the calendars you can see. Asking for the events of any other calendar id gives no events.
Course versions
Each version of a course has its own calendar, but a course appears only once in the list:
- a student sees the calendar of the version of the course they follow, the published one, with its lessons. They never see the draft of a new version;
- the staff who works on the course (Owner, Admin, teachers) sees the calendar of the version they are working on.
Each lesson appears once in the student's calendar, even when the course has older versions or a draft.
