Buy extra AI credits and storage, and keep going beyond the limit with a monthly spending cap.
Packs: AI credits and storage
Only two meters can be bought in blocks, in Plans > Add-ons (Increase on the Usage page opens the right box):
- 1,000 AI credits, €6 a month;
- Storage +50 GB, €5 a month.
On annual plans the price is per year, with the annual discount. Packs exist on Starter, Pro and Enterprise, trial included; not on Free.
How to buy. Add to plan (or Increase if you already have some): a dialog shows the new recurring price and today's proration, then Confirm. The limit goes up right away, and the Usage row says "… from packs".
How long they last. They are recurring: they renew with the plan until you remove them. Decrease lowers the price from the renewal; the quota already paid for the current period stays until the end of the period. During the trial nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Emails, live minutes and recordings have no packs: beyond the limit they are covered by "Avoid service interruptions".
Avoid service interruptions
A switch and a monthly spending cap in € for the whole workspace, on active Pro and Enterprise. On Free and Starter you see Upgrade to Pro instead; during the trial the switch does not apply (in the trial you stay within the limit).
How to turn it on. At the bottom of the Usage page turn on the switch, type the cap (from €1 to €10,000 a month) and Turn on. Change it with Edit cap, turn it off with the same switch. It takes the Owner, an Admin or the Billing role.
What happens. Beyond the limit, usage continues and is billed at the usage prices. The cap is shared by all meters: when it is spent, or when what is left cannot pay for one more unit, every meter beyond its limit stops as if the switch were off.

When you find it on the invoice. On the next renewal invoice, as usage lines. During the month the page shows how much of the cap you already spent ("Spent this month … of …") and, per row, "… billed past the limit".
Turning the switch off does not erase what you already used beyond the limit: that part is billed on the period's invoice anyway.
